"I'm just doing this as a hobby. As long as I get a kick out of it, that's all I care about."

Probably the reason I stopped updating was that it started to feel more like a job than a hobby. And I have a job, so it just felt like extra work that I didn't get paid for. I think I burned myself out a bit. I do sort of miss drawing and writing, but I'm going to be doing it on my own terms, not what I feel is expected of me. So, what does this mean:

1. Fresh start. I'm not going to be continuing my previous series that I started. I know that will disappoint many of you, but it was just causing too much stress (completely my fault for taking more than I could chew). However, I still have the plot overviews of the stories, so if people ask for it, I'll post it. If I get the motivation to continue or redo the older works, I'll do it, but please don't ask.

2. Only post completed works. This means there might be long breaks between projects, but at least it will be done. When I submit them, I'll probably stagger them, but at least you'll know if I start posting something, it's finished. (Only exception would be failed concepts, which I'll be very clear when posting.) This'll probably mean I'll focus more on short stories and comics, rather than the long series.

3. No commissions or requests. I don't want to worry about what other people think or be bogged down with expectation. I might be open for collaborations or art trades, but not yet.

So anyway, here's to a new start. I'm theXtra89 and I like tg stuff, video games, and anime. Hope I can keep things entertaining.
